FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
"How long will it take to receive my order?" Turn-around time is usually 2-4 weeks.
"Can we negotiate your pricing?" Pricing is based on the loving care I give each portrait and is non-negotiable.
"Can I rush my order and get it quicker than stated turnaround time?" Depending on the circumstances, you can upgrade your order to “priority” which will incur a "rush fee" (to be determined based on the custom design and timeline). Please email pamrmick@gmail.com in advance to confirm.
“Do you have any other payment processing options?” Payment is due at the time of order. Payment processing is available on this website, or please contact Pamela at pamrmick@gmail.com to set up payment via Stripe (in which case, your order will not be placed nor processed via this website).
SHIPPING & TERMS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Portraits are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please be sure to double check your address. Pamela Rose will not assume responsibility for an order being sent to the wrong address as provided.
Due to the custom nature of your portrait, Pamela Rose will not accept returns.
Pamela Rose will not assume responsibility for an order being subject to “porch pirates” (i.e. theft after delivery).
